Venue Rules & Regulations
- Only double-sided or cloth tape (Poly-ken 105 C or equivalent) is permitted on concrete floors. Tape removal is the responsibility of the organizer.
- No decorations, symbols, or signs may be attached, sewn, or nailed to any wall, fabric, or painted surface.
- Permanent signage or symbols must not be altered or covered.
- Helium balloons are allowed only if securely installed. Any ceiling-stuck balloons will incur removal charges. Helium tanks must not be stored overnight.
- Costs for carpet cleaning due to spills or stains (e.g., from alcohol or vomiting) will be charged to the organizer.
- Animals and pets are prohibited, except approved exhibits with valid identification certificates.
- All food and beverage services must be arranged directly through the resort’s Food & Beverage Department.
- Any damage to the property is the responsibility of the organizer and must be reported immediately.
- Unauthorized activities are strictly prohibited and may be suspended at the resort’s discretion.
- Outside alcohol is not permitted without written approval. The resort reserves the right to restrict alcohol consumption at any time.
