Venue Rules & Regulations

  1. Only double-sided or cloth tape (Poly-ken 105 C or equivalent) is permitted on concrete floors. Tape removal is the responsibility of the organizer.
  2. No decorations, symbols, or signs may be attached, sewn, or nailed to any wall, fabric, or painted surface.
  3. Permanent signage or symbols must not be altered or covered.
  4. Helium balloons are allowed only if securely installed. Any ceiling-stuck balloons will incur removal charges. Helium tanks must not be stored overnight.
  5. Costs for carpet cleaning due to spills or stains (e.g., from alcohol or vomiting) will be charged to the organizer.
  6. Animals and pets are prohibited, except approved exhibits with valid identification certificates.
  7. All food and beverage services must be arranged directly through the resort’s Food & Beverage Department.
  8. Any damage to the property is the responsibility of the organizer and must be reported immediately.
  9. Unauthorized activities are strictly prohibited and may be suspended at the resort’s discretion.
  10. Outside alcohol is not permitted without written approval. The resort reserves the right to restrict alcohol consumption at any time.
