  • How can we request a quotation or arrange a site visit?

  • Is parking available at the hotel?

    Yes, we provide ample parking space for both cars and buses, ensuring convenient access for all participants and organizers.

  • Can outdoor activities or events be organized? What happens if the weather is unfavorable?

    Yes, outdoor programs can be arranged. In case of rain or adverse weather, events can be moved to our indoor function halls for a seamless experience.

  • What are the set-up and tear-down times for equipment?

    Set-up and tear-down must be requested at least 3 days in advance. Standard installations should be completed by 6:00 PM, with additional charges applicable for extended hours.

  • Can we bring our own alcoholic beverages or food?

    Outside beverages are allowed with a corkage fee, except for beer, which is not permitted. Bringing in outside food may be allowed with prior approval and a bring-in food fee under the hotel’s policy.

  • Can you assist with designing customized team-building programs?

    Absolutely! We specialize in personalized team-building experiences from beach challenges and cultural workshops to yoga sessions and wellness programs crafted to fit your group’s goals and dynamics.

  • What dining venues are available for group events?

    Across our two beachfront resorts, we offer 13 unique venues:

    • Kamala Bay (Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa) – 5 venues including Marisa Terrace and Thai Sala Café.
    • Karon Beach (Thavorn Palm Beach Resort) – 8 venues including Ocean Rhyme Restaurant, Ciao Pizza & Grill, and Coffee Talk Café.

    Each venue can be customized to match your theme and dining style.

  • Can the resort arrange excursions or island trips?

    Yes, our team can organize island tours, catamaran trips, or local excursions with trusted providers. Whether it’s an adventurous group outing or a relaxing sunset cruise, we’ll handle all arrangements.

  • What attractions or landmarks are nearby?

    Our Karon Beach location is surrounded by popular attractions such as Karon Temple Market, Kata Night Market, Karon Park, and Dino Park Mini Golf.
    The Kamala location is close to Phuket Fantasea, Café del Mar, and Kamala Viewpoint—perfect for post-meeting leisure.

  • What time can parties be hosted, and how late can music be played?

    Outdoor parties can be hosted between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Music can continue indoors after 10:00 PM with prior arrangement and applicable extension fees.

  • Does the catering package include table setup and decoration?

    Yes, standard table setup is included with all catering packages. Should you require additional decoration or themed setups, our event team can arrange them at an extra charge to match your concept perfectly.

  • What technology and equipment are available in the meeting rooms?

    All meeting spaces are equipped with advanced audiovisual systems, LED screens, projectors, high-speed Wi-Fi, and professional lighting and sound equipment—ideal for conferences, hybrid meetings, and presentations.

  • Can we bring our own band, DJ, or sound equipment?

    Yes, you may bring your own entertainment or sound systems. A setup or import fee may apply depending on the equipment and arrangements. Our team will assist with coordination to ensure smooth operation.

  • Do you provide photography or videography services?

    Yes, professional photography and videography can be arranged upon request. Our partnered teams specialize in capturing corporate events, gala dinners, and group activities—so you can focus on the experience while we preserve the memories.

  • How far are the resorts from Phuket Town and Phuket International Airport?

    Thavorn Palm Beach Resort (Karon Beach): approx. 20 km from Phuket Town – about 40 minutes’ drive

    Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa (Kamala Bay): approx. 18 km from Phuket Town – about 37 minutes’ drive
    Both properties are less than an hour from Phuket International Airport, making travel easy and convenient for all participants.

     

  • Can the hotel assist with island trips or boat excursions after meetings?

    Yes, absolutely. Our team can arrange private island tours, snorkeling trips, or catamaran charters through trusted partners. These experiences are perfect for incentive groups or post-meeting leisure activities.

  • Are there nearby attractions or places of interest within walking distance?

    Yes, our Karon Beach resort is conveniently located near top attractions such as Karon Beach, Karon Temple Market, Kata Night Market, Dino Park Mini Golf, and Karon Park. Guests can also explore nearby cafés, surf schools, and scenic walking spots.

  • Are Halal, vegetarian, or special dietary meals available?

    Yes, Halal-certified, vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-friendly meals can be arranged upon request. While our main kitchen is not a dedicated Halal facility, all dishes are prepared with care following strict hygiene and dietary guidelines.

  • Can we store items or materials before the event?

    Yes, we provide complimentary storage for event materials and equipment before your program begins. Please note that while we take great care, the resort cannot assume liability for loss or damage of stored items.

  • How do we confirm or make a deposit for our booking?

    Once you’ve reviewed your quotation, a confirmation form and deposit will be required to secure your event date. Our sales team will guide you through the easy process and issue all official documentation for your records.
