Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation made 45 days or more prior to arrival/event date is applicable for cancellation with penalty charge.
• 50% penalty charge of estimated total group/ event expenses will be apply for cancellation made 44-15 days prior to arrival/ event date.
• No show/ cancellation made 14 days or less prior to group arrival/ event date will be charge for 100% penalty (non-refundable).
