General Terms & Payment Policy

• A 50% deposit of the total amount is required within 3 days after confirmation to secure room blocks and function space.
• The remaining balance must be settled 45 days prior to group arrival.
• All quoted rates are strictly confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the hotel.
• Guest rooms and function spaces are subject to availability and will not be reserved until written confirmation is received. Space assignment is on a first-come, first-served basis.
