What is the meeting room capacity for different setups?
- Thavorn Palm Beach Resort: Theater – 460 pax / Classroom & Banquet – 300 pax
- Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa: Theater – 200 pax / Classroom – 120 pax / Banquet – 100 pax

Are Halal meals available?
Yes, Halal-certified dishes are available. Please note that our main kitchen is not a dedicated halal-certified kitchen.

What facilities and equipment are provided in each meeting room?
Meeting rooms include floral arrangements, coffee/tea breaks with snacks, set or buffet lunch, high-speed Wi-Fi, LED/LCD projector, standard sound system, flipcharts, notepads, and pens.

Can meals and coffee breaks be customized?
Yes, for groups of 30 or more, meals are served buffet-style; for smaller groups, a set menu is provided. Menus include Thai, Western, International, and seafood options, and can be tailored for Halal, vegetarian, vegan, or allergy-specific requirements (advance notice required).

Can outdoor activities be organized, and what happens if the weather is unfavorable?
Outdoor activities can be arranged. In case of rain, events can be relocated to an indoor hall.

Is parking available, and what are the set-up/tear-down requirements?
Parking is available for both cars and buses. Equipment installation must be requested at least 3 days in advance. Standard set-up and tear-down times are typically completed by 6:00 PM; additional charges may apply for extensions.
