    Ideal for meals or small-group discussions. A five-foot round table seats eight people comfortably, while a six-foot round table accommodates ten.

    Long Table
    Perfect for interactive discussions or note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 participants. Many hotels offer elegant boardroom-style setups for 10–20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, writing boards, cork boards, and flip charts.

    Theater
    Designed for large sessions or short lectures that don’t require extensive note-taking. Chairs can be easily rearranged for discussion groups or role-playing activities.

    Reception
    A stand-up social event where beverages and light refreshments are served. Food may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. Often held prior to a meal function.
