    Perfect for interactive discussions or note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 participants. Many hotels offer elegant boardroom-style setups for 10–20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, writing boards, cork boards, and flip charts.

    Classroom
    The preferred setup for medium to large lectures. Tables provide attendees with ample space for materials and note-taking. Requires a relatively large room for optimal comfort.

    Theater
    Designed for large sessions or short lectures that don’t require extensive note-taking. Chairs can be easily rearranged for discussion groups or role-playing activities.

    Cocktail
    A casual, standing-style layout with high-top tables and limited seating, designed for mingling and interaction. Guests enjoy passed hors d'oeuvres or food stations, a dedicated bar, and a relaxed atmosphere enhanced by mood lighting and music.

    U-Shape
    Ideal for groups of fewer than 120 people, this setup encourages interaction with a leader seated at the head of the arrangement. Audiovisual equipment is typically positioned at the open end for optimal viewing.
